I thought Thornton brought a much needed spark for the Warriors tonight to a bad King’s team. Sadly, that was Sacramento Kings’ Marcus Thornton with the 42 points.

I like a new arena within the next decade, but deep inside I would hate to see the city of Oakland lose a team (it’s not helping with the A’s right now) and all of a sudden Oracle Arena and the Coliseum become a mausoleum.

also on Mathai’s Twitter, Lacob and Guber did try to buy the A’s sometime ago. I wonder what kind of ownership the A’s would be instead of Lew Wolff.
